Ensuring efficient logistics throughout two day event serving over 3000 hot drinks per day as well as soft drinks, smoothies and beer.

Maintaining brand consistency across multiple setups. Including branded coffee cups and bar branding across all four drinks stations.

Provided a selection of beverages, including matcha lattes, hot chocolate, smoothies, soft drinks and beer on tap.

Utilised branded coffee bar and custom coffee cups to align with the brand’s aesthetic.

We hired an international team of experienced baristas and front of house people of all ages and genders to reflect the inclusivity values represented by the client.
Networking Opportunities
Arranged a comfortable space for attendees to network over coffee as well as recharge between sessions.
