For this winter event we focused on serving hot drinks like hot chocolate, matcha latte, chai and coffee.

Used printed branded cups and fully branded (wrapped) coffee mini van. Integrating cosmetics brand with coffee culture.

Pouring beautiful latte art to enhance social media presence through influencers’ posts.
Operational Strategy
Making sure both the client and their guests have positive experience. Planing logistics to ensure efficient setup and teardown of multi-day event in busy tourist area.

Welcoming attendees at the event with hot drinks proved to be a great idea for this partly outdoors winter event. Our coffee was a hit with the crowd - some of them queued for over six hours outside!

Following health trends we incorporated health conscious options like matcha or plant-based milk that proved to be very popular with the audience.

Great feedback on TikTok and Instagram. Our fully branded coffee van was the focal point of many social media stories and interactions.
